Who we are
Total Trading Inc. operates kjmaloe.ca, the official Canadian retailer of CURE by Kim Jeong Moon Aloe. We have been serving Canadian customers since 2025 as the authorized retailer of Kim Jeong Moon Aloe, a Korean brand with over 70 years of history. We are based in Alberta, Canada.
What information we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, email address, shipping address, billing address, and payment information. When you browse our site we automatically collect your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URLs through cookies and analytics tools. If you sign up for our newsletter we collect your email address.
How we use your information
We use your information to process and fulfill your orders, send order confirmations and shipping notifications, respond to your customer service enquiries, send marketing emails if you have opted in, improve our website and product offerings, and comply with legal obligations.
Who we share your information with
We share your data only as necessary to operate our business — with Shopify Inc. (our store platform), payment processors such as Stripe and PayPal, and shipping carriers. We never sell your personal information to third parties. All service providers are contractually bound to protect your data.

We use cookies to maintain your shopping session, remember your preferences, and analyze site traffic. You may disable cookies in your browser but this may affect your ability to use certain features of our site.

Data retention
We retain order and transaction records for a minimum of seven years as required under Canadian tax law. Newsletter subscribers are retained until unsubscribed.

About us
Total Trading Inc. is the authorized Canadian retailer of CURE by Kim Jeong Moon Aloe, a Korean skincare brand established in 1955. We have been serving Canadian customers since 2025 as the only official source of Kim Jeong Moon Aloe products in Canada. We ship exclusively within Canada.
Products and pricing
All prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes where required. We reserve the right to modify prices, discontinue products, or limit quantities at any time without notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from the physical product.
Orders and payment
By placing an order you confirm you are at least 18 years of age and that the payment information provided is accurate and authorized. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors. You will receive an email confirmation upon successful placement of your order.
Shipping
We ship to addresses within Canada only. Free shipping applies to orders of $50 CAD or more before taxes. Standard delivery takes 2–3 business days after dispatch. We are not responsible for carrier delays, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or packages lost after confirmed delivery.
Returns and refunds
Unused, unopened products in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the product price. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product. Product use and health
Our products are cosmetics intended for external use only. Always read the full ingredient list before use. Discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional if irritation, redness, or allergic reaction occurs. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
Intellectual property
All content on kjmaloe.ca including text, images, logos, and branding is the property of Total Trading Inc. or Kim Jeong Moon Aloe Co., Ltd. and is protected by Canadian and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
Disclaimer of warranties
Our site and products are provided "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness of our products for any particular purpose beyond their intended cosmetic use.
Limitation of liability
Total Trading Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our maximum liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
Governing law

Total Trading Inc. has been serving Canadian customers since 2025 as the authorized retailer of Kim Jeong Moon Aloe, a Korean brand with over 70 years of history. Here is everything you need to know about shopping with us.
Placing an order
Browse our products and click "Add to Cart" to add items to your cart. When ready, click the cart icon in the top right and proceed to checkout. You will need to provide your shipping address and payment information. Once your order is confirmed you will receive an email with your order details.
Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments.
Shipping
We ship anywhere in Canada. Orders over $50 CAD ship free. Orders under $50 CAD may incur a shipping fee calculated at checkout. Most orders are dispatched within 1 business day and delivered within 2–3 business days.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number by email. Use this number on the carrier's website to track your delivery.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, unused and unopened products may be returned within 30 days. Contact us through our Contact page before sending anything back and we will guide you through the process.
Using our products
All CURE products should be used as directed. For the Cure+ Intensive Cream and 2X Cream — warm a small amount between your fingertips before applying to face, hands, or dry areas. A little goes a long way. See individual product pages for full usage instructions and ingredient lists.
Discount codes
If you have a discount code, enter it at checkout in the "Discount code" field before completing your purchase. Codes cannot be applied after an order is placed.

You can check out as a guest or create an account to save your address and view past orders. To create an account click "Log in" in the top right corner of any page.
